Divorce

Documents to be submitted:

• passport or ID card of the parties;
• the original of marriage certificate or a statement of the Registry Office regarding the fact of marriage;
• a written agreement of the spouses regarding division of property if the spouses have a joint property; such agreement may be prepared by the notary;
• a written agreement of the spouses regarding the custody, maintenance and visitation rights of children if the spouses have a minor child born within the marriage; such agreement may be prepared by the notary;
• a notarially certified power of attorney if either of the spouses is represented by an authorised person.
