Certifications regarding appearance or non-appearance of contracting parties to enter into legal transactions or perform other duties

If it is necessary to take evidence that a party is avoiding the contract or other duties, the other party may request the notary to invite such party to arrive at the notary’s office at specific time to perform the duties and the notary certifies such fact.

Documents to be submitted:

• passport or ID card of the person who requires the certification;
• a notarially certified power of attorney if the person is represented by an authorised person.
