For the performance of notarial activities the sworn notary collects stamp duties and professional remuneration. The amount of given payments has been provided for in the Cabinet Regulation of 22 September 2009 No 1069 “Regulations Regarding Stamp Duty for Performance of Notarial Activities” and Regulation of 3 September 2013 No 737 “Regulations Regarding Rates of Remuneration of Sworn Notaries and Procedures for Determination Thereof”.
